NEW MINERAL WEALTH.
WEST AUSTRALIAN BELT. RICH SILVER LODES. A. and N.Z. PERTH. Sept. 8. A well-known Kalgoorlie prospector has returned to Cue, on the Murchison goldfield, from the north-west of the Gascoyne goldfield, with a remarkable report as to finding a mineral belt containing silvery lead ore, gold, copper, white marble, rubies, and some unknown minerals 200 pules from Cue. The silver lead sample is almost pure, and the prospector says he found three big lode?. He regards the marble as the finest belt in Australia, and the samples exhibited bear out his report.
