PARIS, May 18. i A Bill has been introduced into the Chamber of Deputies by the Government to provide for the unification of the whole of the French railway lines. A superdirectorate, consisting of representatives of the Government, the owners, and the workers, i* proposed. Surpluses would be combined to pay a common dividend, and a Sinking fund would bo established to make ni common'losses. It is proposed to make freight and passenger rates uniform on the basis of the profit and loss of all the lines.
