NAVAL CONCERT.
SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE. ' The naval concert given in the Town Hall last evening by men from the Renown was a great success from every point, of view. The large hal! was packed to the utmost, and a large number oi people were unable to gain admittance. The performers proved to be both talented snd versatile, and recall wore frequent. The long programme included acrobatic displays, eih.bitions of knifo-throwini, and a varied selection of vocal items. The band of the Plymouth .Division of the Royal Marino Light Infantry, which is accompanying the Prince on his tour, contributed \n large measure to the success of the evening, the items played being warmly applauded At the conclusion of the concert, the president of the Navy Loagi.c, Mr A. M. Ferguson, on behalf of the Lea-true £."id the Missions to Seamen, between whom the proceds of the concert will bn divided, thanked tho men for their fine performance. Lieutenant Plait replied on, behalf of the concert party. Tho proceedings closed with tho singing of " Auld Lang Syne."
