There lias been some enquiry from the North Island for oats, bit this week's prices remain the same as lost week. A number of growers seem disinclined to sell their potatoes at 90s per ton, and in some cases buyers have given 95s in order to till urgent reiuiro ments. A fair amount of business, however, has been done this week on the. basis of 90s. Very little has been done in bar'eyi sales. The ciover market is still weak. The onion mar tot is temporari y stagnant, as buyers are not disposed to give the price n/fked by 'ho Growers' Association, ntn-.ely £8 per ton.
