DOMINIONS AND LEAGUE.
NEW IMPERIAL PROBLEM. Tim€S . LONDON, April 29 Professor Berrerlale Keith, in a letter to the Times, points out that no method has vet bean determined by which Br-tain and the Dominions are to conduct their business with the League of Nations. He suggests that all should agree to consult together before approaching the league in order to maintain equality of status and eliminate or diminish divergence of views. ,
