NEW BRITISH BONDS.
«. TO REDUCE FLOATING DEBT. A. and N.Z. LONDON, April 29. In the House of Common? to day Mr. Austen Chamberlain announced that in order to provide further for the reduction of the floating debt new Government five to 15 year five per cent, bonds would be issued at par on May 3.
