RETIRED CIVIL SERVANT.
Sir, —I, with others, sincerely trust mat When. Parliament meets and bonuses are considered for Civil servants, those few who have retired years ago with pensions under £200 per annum should also receive favourable consideration. To my know-, ledge the majority are verging upon eighty years of age, and being debarred from the old age pension, bow can they provide for their wives and ' belongings these expensive days T Old Civil Servant.
