MEN'S DEMANDS REFUSED. . [BT TELEGRAPH.—PRESS association.] WELLINGTON, Tuesday. The men employed at the oil stores declined to work to-day because the oil companies refused to grant their demand for increased rates. The position is being discussed by the companies.
