FORECAST BY MR. WRAGGE.
The following weather forecast was issued by Mr. Clement L. Wragge at 3.30 p.m. yesterday; —
Fair to fine weather is expected to prevail over the Dominion generally, with winds from between south-west and southeast. Sea moderate. With regard to toe configurations of the sun and planets, now that the electric tension is easing off, it is of scientific interest to note the response of the earth. Examples are found in the great cold and floods in Europe, the continued under-average rainfall in the ; them Hemisphere, the Mexican earthquake, and minor events. Such conditions must continue for a while longer, ere matters become normal, although New Zealand may altogether escaje any manifestation. The recent storms m the sun are disappearing owing to the solar rotation, but others are expected to show up,.
