EXPLOSION OF MUNITIONS.
HAVOC AT GERMAN PORT.
FORTY-THREE KILLED.
(Received 12.30 a.m.) Re uter. BERLIN. Dec. * 17. There was a heavy explosion at an ammunition depot at Mariensiel, near Wilhelmshaven, during the unloading of shells. Much damage was done to buildings. Reports to date state that 43 persons have been killed and over a hundred wounded.^
