j SIXTEEN STILL DOUBTFUL. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. A. and N.Z. SYDNEY. Dec. 19. The latest returns show that the following seats have been definitely won: Nationalists 33 Labour 22 Farmers ? 4 The doubtful seats number 16. Th results of the new voting system indicate that there will be 60.000 informal votes for the Senate, as against 29,000 last election. COMING STATE ELECTION. NEW SOUTH WALES PARTIES. A. and N.Z. SYDNEY. Dec. 19. The keenest interest is displayed in New South Wales in the Federal returns in' view of the forthcoming State elections. On the basis of these returns, and with proportional representation, the Labour Party hopes to considerably improve its position.
