INFLUENZA NOTIFIED.
a» THIRTY-THREE NEW CASES. ALL BUT TWO OF MILD NATURE. A total of 35 cases of influenza in the Auckland health district were notified to the district health officer during the 24 hours ended at noon yesterday. They comprised two mild cases in the suburbs of Auckland and 29 mild and two severe cases in country districts. During the same period five cases of pneumonia were notifiedtwo in the city, two in the suburbs, and one in a country district.
