NOTES AND COMMENTS.
The Palmerston North High School defeated Hamilton on Monday and Tuesday by an innings and 23 runs. Palmeraton made 130 in the first innings (Stockwell 42, Rollitt 3). Hamilton knocked up 83 in its first innings and 24 in the second venture. K. Hodder and Harrison were in great form with the ball. The former took ten of Hamilton's wickets for 47 runs, and Harrison captured six for 15. The Eenior championship of the Auckland Cricket Association will be continued this afternoon. Eden will play North Shore at Devonport, and Grafton will meet Ponsonby at Eden Park. The game between University and Parnell will be played at Remuera.
