SUSPECTED INCENDIARISM.
FOUR MEN ARRESTED 1 .

LONDON. Dec. 17.
There has been a sensational sequel to the fires on former German ships trading to Australia. The police are- convinced that the outbreaks are the result of incendiarisn, and that a widespread German ploa is responsible. They shadowed a, gang of four, who were arrested in the dark on Wapping Wharf. The prisoners offered determined resistance. Three are of German origin.
