Mr. Cecil - Harmßworth, UnderSecretary of State to the Foreign Office, states that the Government continues every effort to secure delivery of the Cap Finisterre and other German liners detained by the United States. Presumably they will be delivered as soon as the United States is able to arrange for their sailing.
