CHAIR OF CHEMISTRY.
THE WELLINGTON VACANCY. MR. ROBERTSON APPOINTED. [bt tklegraph. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON. Thursday. Mr. P. W. Robertson, M.A. M.Sc, Ph.D., lecturer on chemistry at the Imperial College of Science and Technology in South Kensington, has been appointed to succeed Professor Eastertield in the Chair of Chemistry, at Victoria College. Mr. Robertson is a son of the Public Sen-ice Commissioner. He graduated in 1905 at Victoria College, Wellington, and in the same year was elected Rhodes scholar.
