SINN FEIN MURDERS.
FOURTEEN POLICE VICTIMS. LATEST DUBLIN CRIME. A. and N.Z. LONDON. Dec. 5. The murder of Detective-Sergeant Barton by Sinn Feiners last week was the fourteenth police murder during 1919. lie was a young and popular officer, and was recently transferred to the political section of the detective force. It is believed that the murderer tracked him through the crowded streets towards the central police station, whither Barton was proceeding. He fired four shots in College Street, one penetrating Barton's back. l
