Lady Astor ? the new member for Plymouth, in an interview, said that a new spirit of citizenship was struggling to the surface- That spirit was necessary for reconstruction. War profiteers and Bolsheviks, if they had their way, would make the country not a home for heroes, but a den of thieves.
