A special representative of the Sydney Daily Telegraph, who is visiting the drought-strickeir areas, supplies gloomy reports of rapidly disappearing feed and water. Where stock has not been driven off' the runs, owners are adopting all sorts of expedients to save their fast-diminish-ing flocks and herds. In regard to complaints that though the market is over-glutted with stock from drought areas, the price of meat remains very high.
