S.W..br. 29.46 51 Foggy The atmospheric pressure has decreased, and westerly winds have prevailed and have freshened in and southward of Cook Strait, ihe weather has been fair in Northern and kast Coast districts, but cloudy to overcast o.sewhere, with scattered rain in western and southernmost portions of the South Island Present indications are for strong westerly winds, backing to southorlies, and cloudy and unsettled conditions generally, with rain in many parte, especially southward of New Plymouth and CastlePomt. The barometer is falling, but will rise soon in the South.
