NOTE FROM UNITED STATES.' A. au.j N.Z. WASHINGTON. Nov. 24. The United States has sent a Note to Mexico stating that any further molestations of Mr. Jenkins, the Consul at Pueblo, who was seized by bandits and later ran- j Borned fur £30,000, vould seriously affect the relations between the United States and Mexico.
