At the Supreme Court to-day Vincent Norman Randolf, a returned soldier, of Utiku, was granted a decree nisi against Ellen Randolf. The co-respondent, Joseph. Arthur Casey, farmer, of Ohutu, was ordered to pay £1000 damages. This was the sum claimed.
