CHANGEABLE WEATHER.
DEPRESSION APPROACHING.
MR, WRAGGE'S FORECAST.
Changeable 'weather was experienced at Auckland during the week-end. Saturday was a fine clear day, but yesterday morning! the wind changed to the north, and the sky became dull and threatening. It remained fine until about 4.30 p.m., when liffht rain began to fall. Showers con tinned for about two hours after the weather improved, although at times the sky looked threatening. The barometer, which bad risen to 30.25 in by noon on Saturday, fell after that, and last night it registered 30.00 in. The following forecast was telegraphed from Gisborne yesterday evening by Mr. Clement L. Wragge:—"The -weather is again becoming very unsettled -under the apDroach of another Antarctic depression from th« Tasman Sea named Piseon. More rain is probable in various parts of the Dominion, including the Auckland Province. Winds from between north-north-east and north-west, later veering towards south-west. Sea meantime moderate, but rising later."
