JAPANESE PRINCES.
FOREIGN TOUR PLANNED. (Received 1 a.m.) United Service. • TOK.IO, Sept. IS. It is reported that the Princes Kitashirakawa, Aska, and Higashikuni, brother-in-law of the Emperor, will visit the United States, England and France early next year for the purpose of inspecting military organisations. It is believed that they will stay abroad several years.
