NORTH AUCKLAND LANDS.
DECISIONS OF THE BOARD.
The North Auckland Land Board met yesterday, the commissioner, Mr. R. P. Greville, presiding. There were also present—Messrs. J. E. Wells, A. Finlayson, H. Aitkenhead and V, Trounson.
The following transfers and subleases were approved or recommended to tna Minister for Lands for approval : — H. Sadler to W. Evans, 50 acres, Omaha Parish; C. B. N. Dunn to K. B. Morpeth., 120 acres, Takahue; R. F. Parsons to H. S. Lorimer, lot 18, Napier Estate, Takapuna; R. H. Thompson to D. J. Mcßeth, 238 acres, Parua; T. F. Donnelly to Martha Buchanan, 263 acres, Whangane; E. D. W. Wright to H. H. F. Underwood, 72 acres, Mareretu Parish ; H. Mason to J. Gordon, 1 rood. Whan Town ; A. Berridge to E. C. Peltry, 80 acres, Matakohe; T. S. Houston to W. A. N. Campbell, 305 acres, Ahipara; J. Finlay to F. Finlav, 5 acres, Manurewa Parish: K. PatuJlo to S. W. Ruddell, 810 acres. Tutamoe. Eight applications were reused on. the ground of aggregation or excessive "consideration." The board has a large number of applications bv soldiers for financial assistance to purchase house and farm property to be considered at its meeting.
