600,000 TO REMAIN ON DUTY. A. and N.Z. PAEIS, Aug. 7. After September 600,000 soldiers Will remain with the French colours. M. Clemenceau has agreed that the Chamber of Deputies shall discuss the peace treaty, probably on August 25.
