MAN'S THROAT CUT.
DISCOVERED ON ROADSIDE.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON.. Friday.
A man named Robert Armstrong was found on the Gordonton Road yesterday with a cut in his throat and wounds in his chest. He was brought into Hamilton. He said he was a farmer, but was unable to give any other particulars regarding himself. When charged in the Police Court with being drunk he was remanded for a week.
