The committee urges him to arrange that the Makura, which is wiling to. ; morrow, should carry passenger?, the ■ Government to compensate the Union Steam Ship Company, if necessary, for l possible delay in quarantine, or soma other vessel in Wellington Harbour could bo utilised for quarantine purposes.
