AIRMAN STRIKES TRAP.
TWO OFFICERS KILLED. LONDON, March 28. The coroner al Slsaford investigated the deaths of Captain Jasper and Lieutenant Pegg, of the Lincoln and Warwickshire Regiments respectively, while driving a trap following the Belvoir hounds. Witness stated that an a'rraan, Lieutenant Trevor Chater, dived 500 ft at high B"eed and struck the trap, instantly killing the officers and wounding the coachman* The latter gave evidence that Chater did not stop. A verdict of accidental death was returned.
