4» EXTENSION OF PROVISIONS. [by telegbaph.— association.] WELLINGTON, Thursday. The Cabinet agreed to-day to the extension of the right to financial assistance to soldiers who left the Dominion before the scheme was in operation, and wbo, being unaware of the scheme's existence, were unabe to take advantage of it.
