ARMENIAN MASSACRES.
PUNISHING THE GUILTY. EX-GOVERNOR EXECUTED. (Received 5.5 p.m.) Renter. CONSTANTINOPLE, April 17. The trial concerning the Armenian mas&cres resulted in the exGovernor, Kemal Pasha, being sentenced to death and publicly hanged in Stamboul, while the ex-comman-der of gendarmerie, Yozghad, was sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment.
