THREE SUDDEN DEATHS. FARMER'S COLLAPSE IN MOTOR. [BY telkgeath.—own- correspondent.] TANEATUA. Tuesday. A sudden death occurred at Taneatua early this morning, when a well-known farmer, Mr. W. Judge, died of heart failure The deceased attended a meting of the local Racing Club last night, when ho was in good health. He una found in a state of collapse in his motorear ill the middle of the road, near hit own farm, mid died before medical attention could be obtained. AUCKLAND CASES. Two inquests were conducted at ths morgue yesterday by the coroner, Mr. J. E. Wilson, S.M. The first inquiry concerned the death of Alfred Ernest Walker, a seaman, at iht Sailors' Home on Monday morning. Evidence was given that deceased worked on a steamer at Chelsea on Sunday night, and returned to the home at 8.30 next morning. A little later he was found lying in a corridor, and d'ed shortly afterwards. Last November Guy had a severe att.ick of influenza and complications. Dr. S. A. Stride stated that the cause of death was heart failure. A verdict to that effect was returned.
