AUCKLAND HOSPITAL BOARD.
DONATION FOR WARKWORTE The Hospital and Charitable Aid Board met last evening, the chairman, Mr. W. Wallace, presiding. A donation of £78 7s 7d to the Warkworth Hospital, given by the Commercial Travellers' Association from tho Northern hospital fund of the association, was received with thanks. The medical superintendent reported that during the month there had been 409 cases admitted to the hospital, 32 deaths., 329 persona discharged, and that the inmates of tho institution now total 509. The lady superintendent reported that 22 nurses had sat for examination in January, and all had passed. The chairman reported that in the event of a recrudescence of influenza Kilbryde auxiliary hospital was completely prepared to accommodate from 175 to 200 patients.
