RAVAGES IN ENGLAND. MANY DEATHS IN PROVINCES. A. and N.Z. LONDON, Mar. 18. The influenza epidemic is waning in London, but is still rampant in the provinces, There were 300 deaths in Manchester last week, and 100 at Bolton. The gravediggers at Manchester are so hard pressed that the! relatives in some cases are assisting in making graves. ,
