BRITISH OUTLOOK CRITIOAL PREMIER'S CLOSE WATCH. 1 A. and N.Z. LONDON, Mar. 16. Mr. Lloyd George is closely watching the Labour crisis. He will possibly return to London on Friday. Mr. J. H. Thomas, in an interview in London, said that while hoping for the best, he regarded the situation as black. The miners and railwavmen would insist on the Government recognising the principle of nationalising the mines and railways.
