CUTTING UP THE TYROL.
PROVINCE OFFERED SWISS. OPPOSITION TO INCLUSION. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) PARIS. Mar. 15. A. proposal lias been made that Vorarlberg, in the former Austrian Tyrol, should become a canton of Switzerland, but the Italian and French cantons oppose it, on the ground that it would accentuate the preponderance of German population.
