REPLACEMENT OF VESSELS. A.i and N.Z. PARIS. Mar. 3. French newspapers unanimously persist in demanding a share of the German warships. They .say that Britain can afford to dispense with them, since the German vessels are so inferior to the British; but France and Italy will be glad to have them. The latest suggestion was that France and Italv should exchange their inferior units for better German units.
