APPEAL TO PREMIER. Australian aud N.Z. Cablo Association. fEecd. 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, Dec'. 22. The New Zealand Government agent, Mr. W. R. Blow, has despatched a further cablegram to tho Acting-Prime Minister of New Zealand, urging an immediate effort to influence the Union Steam Ship Company to despatch the Moeraki in tho interests of women and children whose funds are exhausted. Several of the passengers have offered to subscribe towards the difference in pay which is causing the delay.
