GOOD WEATHER LIKELY.

FORECAST BY MR. C L. WRAGGE.

Fine weather was experienced over the week-end, although it was somewhat boisterous. The wind, which was blowing freshly from Itho north-east on Saturday, changed more to the south-east yesterday, but did not calm down at all. Tho barometer has been practically steady at 30.00 in for nearly a week, and in spite of Ithe stormy, weather predicted, it did not show any falling tendency last night. The following weather report was issued by Mr. Clement L. Wragge at 7 p.m. yesterday :—" Except for coastal showers, with winds from between west-south-west and south south-west, there remains a prospect of generally good weather, and there is a strong probability that such will last over the holidays, although one cannot forget the contingency that attaches to the Tasman Sea."
