RECRUITS FOR SERVICE.
MOBILISATION DEFERRED.
NEXT DRAFT IN JANUARY.
The mobilisation of : the reinforcement draft originally fixed for November has been postponed until January 2, and reservists who were to concentrate in November will be granted extra leave to the new draft, provided they apply to their respective group commanders on or before October 26. The mobilisation of the January, February, .and March drafts has been deferred one month in each case. The director of recruiting announces that reservists who were notified to concentrate at their respective periods are granted one month's extra leave. It is expected that a few of the November men, having made their arrangements, will still wish to enter camp next month, and they will be taken. The new arrangements in no way apply to the CI camp drafts.
