SALE OF WORK.
A sale of work in aid of the Children's Home. Richmond Road, was held on Saturday afternoon in All Saints' schoolroom, Ponsonby Road. The bazaar was opened by Mrs. Averill, who eulogised the help that the various workers had given and the good that the home was doing. In the evening the Central Mission Band played appropriate selections and flute solos were given by Mr. L. Rainger, The net proceeds were £140.
