NEXT GENERAL ELECTION.
CANDIDATES ANNOUNCED.
The expectation of an early general election is indicated by the announcement 01 new candidates for Southern seats in Parliament.
Major Samuel has definitely decided to contest the Otaki seat. Mr. W. H. Field, M.P., and Mr. Byron Brown have also decided to stand.
Mr. E. J. Barry, Mayor of Ohakune, has practically decided to contest the Waimarino seat.
