BULGARIAN ENVOYS RECEIVED IN SALONIKA.

FORECAST OP ALLIED STATEMENT OF TEEMS.IMMEDIATE SURRENDER AND EVACUATION. Australian and N.Z. (Received 7.85 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 29. A message from Paris states that General d'Esperey, the allied Commander-in-Chief in the Balkans, gave an audience to three Bulgarian envoys, who arrived at Salonika, to negotiate an armistice. The Morning Post indicates that the allied reply to Bulgaria stipulates that complete submission so the will of the allied Powers must precede any cessation of hostilities. Their terms concerning military guarantees include the immediate surrender of the Bulgarian armies, and also the evacuation of occupied territories, as a preliminary to any discussion of peace. Reuter. COPENHAGEN. Sept. 29. A message from Sofia states that parties of the Ministerial Bloc publish the following Note: "In accord with parties of the Bloc the Government has made an official offer of an armistice to our adversaries. Parties of the Bloc invite the army and population to maintain military and public discipline so necessary for a happy issue io these times."
