[BT 'Tiiioßjurta;—raSs ASSOCIATION.] 1 WELLINGTON, Monday. 7'hb Minister for Marine' has approved the following clause, which has been accepted by the Union Steam Ship Company, the Merchant Service Guild, and the Marine Engineers' Institute, for insertion in articles:—''lt is hereby agreed between the owners of the ship and such members of the crew as may enter into these articles ■in New Zealand or Australia that provision of -the Imperial Board of Trade war risks compensation scheme shall be deemed to form part of these articles. , In the case of death of such members of. the crew their dependants shall be entitled to: compensation."'
