EVASION OF AMUSEMENT TAX.
■ ♦ ■ FINE IMPOSED AT FOXTON. [bt telegraph.—press association.] FOXTON. Friday. A picture show proprietor, Thomas Powell, was charged at the Magistrate's Court to-day with committing a breach of Section 26 of the Amusement Tax Regulations, by using a ticket more than once. He was convicted and fined £10, ordered to pay £2 12s costs. This is tho second case of the kind in the Dominion.
