NELSON, Friday. The director of military training, Lieut. - Colonel J. L. Sleeman, at the conclusion of the "barracks" at Nelson College; said the college No. 1 platoon was the best drilled platoon he had seen in New Zealand. /He also commented very favourably on the work of the college artillery section.
