An interesting address on "Moral Problems of To-day" was delivered by Nurse Chappell at the East Street Hall last night. Nurse Chappell, who has had considerable experience in tonnection with camps in England, _ dealt at length with the danger that arises from ignorance of moral matters by the youth of the present generation.
