STOCK EXCHANGE REVIVAL.
RAPID RISE IN MINING STOCKS.
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Rood. 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, Aug. 11. Record dealing has taken place on the Kivck Exchange, owing to the excellent war news. The prices in the mining division, especially tin, advanced rapidly. It is estimated that the business exceeded £1,000,000.
TRADE UNION FEDERATION.
(Reed. 5.5 p.m.) SYDNEY. Aug. 11. The Trade Union Congress has resolved to form one universal union. A further congress will be convened to launch the scheme.
