[BY TELEGRArH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.]
WELLINGTON, Saturday In regard to a statement that a young woman was being allowed to leave Australia for England, the Minister for Internal Affairs, Hon. G. W. Russell, says that the present instructions from the Imperial Government are that no woman shall be allowed to leave New Zealand except in cases of exi erne necessity. A communication has been sent to Australia asking for information, and if it is found that the regulations have been relaxed for that country the Imperial Government will be requested to grant the same concession to New Zealand.
