CONDITIONS IN IRELAND.
A PEER'S COMPLAINT.
LONDON. June 12. In the House of Lords yesterdav Lord Willoughby de Broke complained that the Government had not applied the war restrictions to Ireland, which was the only fit place for a gentleman to live in. It was enjoying a record boom, and there were horse races, shows, and sports everywhere. Food was not rationed, fares had not, increased, and petrol was plentiful.
